Thanks to its latest-generation motion technology and the exclusive FASTCUT device for automatic blade positioning, SATURN processes self-adhesive labels on paper and filmic substrates, including UPM PP30 and AD PET 23 μm, as well as booklets, lamitubes, alufoil, Tyvek, cardboard and multilaminate materials.

Displayed in a 450 mm configuration equipped with a 100% inspection camera system for FMCG and personal care labels, SATURN stands out for its versatility and reliability.

At the show, SATURN is presented in a compact configuration including unwinding, counting, slitting and rewinding functions for self-adhesive label finishing.

Prati focuses on ergonomics and versatility with DIGI COMPACT, its compact digital finishing line, showcased at Loupe Americas 2026 in a 450 mm roll-to-stack configuration. Designed to ensure ease of use and operational flexibility, it is also easily adaptable for roll-to-roll and roll-to-sheet applications.

Increasingly in demand as the adoption of digitally printed self-adhesive and linerless labels continues to grow, DIGI COMPACT supports the integration of digital embellishment systems to meet specific production requirements.

Its optimized technologies streamline every stage of the converting process, making operation easier even for less experienced operators.

Running at speeds of up to 80 m/min and featuring a minimized web path, DIGI COMPACT helps reduce material waste between jobs and enables the production of different label formats using a single stacker across multiple substrate types.

The machine is available with a wide range of optional features to meet specific customer customization requirements.

Its flexo unit is ideal for varnishing and spot printing applications. Equipped with a hybrid UV + IR drying system, it runs both water-based and UV inks.
