{"id":30655,"date":"2016-08-08T19:02:13","date_gmt":"2016-08-08T17:02:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.metaprintart.club\/uncategorized\/30655-cefla-finishing-acquires-jet-set\/"},"modified":"2016-08-08T19:02:13","modified_gmt":"2016-08-08T17:02:13","slug":"cefla-finishing-acquires-jet-set","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.metaprintart.info\/en\/international-en\/30655-cefla-finishing-acquires-jet-set\/","title":{"rendered":"Cefla Finishing acquires Jet-Set"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Important agreement in the world of the inkjet platforms for the industrial decoration printing through the acquisition of Jet-Set by Cefla Finishing.<\/h2>\n<p>In keeping with its mission to maintain and further strengthen their position as world leaders for surface enhancement technologies, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ceflafinishinggroup.com\/en\/\">Cefla Finishing<\/a> has acquired majority stakes of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jetsetindustrial.com\/\">Jet-Set Srl<\/a>, a dynamic industrial company set up in Bergamo, northern Itay, in 2012, specialised in the design and manufacture of digital industrial printing systems, both single-pass and multi-pass. Still a start-up in many ways, the company has nevertheless acquired in-depth experience covering application onto various substrates with specific inks and technologies. Jet-Set acts as an OEM for many companies in different sectors, from the ceramic to the textile industry, from plastic and metal items to the decoration of components for the furniture or building industries. Cefla is just one of many top-level references that the company can lay claim to on a national and international scale. And despite a short lifespan, Jet-Set can also pride itself as one of the 15 InPrint ambassadors, the world\u2019s major trade fair for industrial printing technologies, alongside names such as Agfa Graphics, Canon, Mimaki, Ricoh, Inkjet Alliance and Xaar.<\/p>\n<p>Cefla takes a &gt;60% share of Jet-Set\u2019s capital stock thanks to this operation, by directly acquiring stock as well as injecting new capital. Structurally, Cefla joins forces with the owners of Jet-Set as majority shareholder and partner, with an aim to achieve common goals, focusing on continuous development and growth of the company over the coming years.<\/p>\n<p>Cefla Finishing Managing Director Alberto Maestri says: \u201c<em>Acquisition of Jet-Set is a key move for us. It enables us to significantly increase the know-how, already existing in our company, in a sector \u2013 that of digital decoration &#8211; with huge potential for growth, both on Cefla Finishing\u2019s reference markets as well as alternative sectors such as plastics, fibre cement and metal, in which the company has been investing for quite some time.
