Installed on JUPITER, the LVS\u00ae 7000 vision inspection system provides:
\n<\/span>– Blemish Detection – identifies blemishes, smears, skews, hickies, missing copy, print registration and die cut registration. – – Detects voids and spots as small as 1\/64″ (.4 mm) in diameter consistently and repeatedly.
\n– Delta E Color Inspection – “Color detection allows customers to monitor their color process and ensure they have a color match from beginning to end of their print run,” says Scott Lydell, North America Sales Manager for LVS\u00ae.
\n– Auto Scan (Web Viewer) – allows an operator to simultaneously monitor and analyze up to 16 areas of interest per job on the line without having to manually move between each area of interest.\u00a0 While a job is running, an operator can choose to view all of the areas at once or cycle between full image views of each location; this allows the operator to keep track of the printing process while the LVS\u00ae 7000 is inspecting 100% of the labels for defects.
