For the company, the G1000 represents its top of the ink control systems line, fully customizable. <\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">The G1000 has been developed to keep ink quality stable during the printing process and to reduce solvent and ink consumption. It\u2019s not a simple viscometer, it is a complete automatic system, equipped with viscosity and temperature control, magnetic filter, and sophisticated production controls and customized for each rotogravure machine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">This new system displays several advantages: the viscosity and temperature control of ink allows to reduce the use of solvent and ink, quicker start-ups and waste reduction. Furthermore <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">It reduces ink blade lines, thanks to magnetic filter, attracting steel filings. All those features help making the printing process more productive and efficient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00ab<em>Thanks to the adoption of a new heat exchanger, we have achieved remarkably higher performances than previous solutions in stabilization of ink temperature<\/em>\u00bb, says <strong>Sante Conselvan<\/strong>, Sales Director of GAMA International. \u00ab<\/span><em><span lang=\"en-US\">Based on tests carried out during production at different temperatures, a minimum saving of 10% <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">ink and 25% <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">of <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">solvent <\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">was<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\"> observed<\/span><\/em><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><em>. It was calculated a return on investment in only 12 months.<\/em>\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">In the continuous R&amp;D activity, and during the cooperation with press manufacturers, GAMA has developed a new more compact electronic structure for the G1000, which can be better integrated in the control panels of the press machine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00ab<em>We have already installed four fully customized control G1000 systems on rotogravure printing machines<\/em>\u00bb, adds <strong>Sante Conselvan<\/strong>. \u00ab<em>Customers are excited about performances and we look forward to introduce it officially to the entire printing and converting market<\/em>\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><span lang=\"en-US\">About GAMA and GAMA International<\/span><\/h5>\n<p><span lang=\"en-US\">GAMA designs and produces automatic control systems for inks, paints, glues and adhesives, web-guide systems and format counting systems for packaging, labels and converting processes.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">GAMA installed worldwide <\/span><span lang=\"nl-NL\">over <\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">12,000 systems and its solutions are sold to customers in packaging, labels, newspapers, commercial printing markets and as OEMs solutions to manufacturers.<br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">GAMA International was founded to increase the presence of GAMA\u2019s products on international markets and to implement a distribution network; it is active also in marketing and after-sales activities.
