High level semi-rotary diecutting units from Italian factory Cartes

The new system engineered, developed and manufactured by Italian company CARTES impressed the visitors at Labelexpo Americas for the significant benefits in reducing the quantity of material needed for starting a new job, decreasing the changeover time and allowing a cost saving in the everyday working life.
Aside the new semi-rotary die-cutting unit, CARTES has also showed on the GT 360 platform the hot stamping unit, the semi-rotary flexo varnishing unit and the best in class CO2 Semisealed® LASER converting unit.
Another version, as stand-alone LASER (CARTES L360), has impressed the visitors processing different jobs reaching the amazing speed of 150 meters/min, confirming the fifteen years of know-how that CARTES has on this technology.
This edition of Labelexpo Americas has seen CARTES signing some important deals/contracts with companies of the American markets, which attests the efforts of CARTES in reaching and realise customer expectation.
