PRATI announces the event EXPERIENCE the AUTOMATION, a 4 days Open House that will be hosted in its company in Faenza (Italy), form 17th to 20th September.
Focus on the Automation is the aim of this event where the Prati’s machines will be unveiling how to maximize the productivity reducing human mistakes and standardizing consistent performance in quality, service and reliability.
In particular, Prati intoduces the technology of the glueless STARPlus with its ultra-quick job change over (from 3 to 15 minutes only) maximizes the productivity of all printing press.
The ALHENA multishaping converting machine is available for live show processing wet glue labels and IML on two separate units both equipped with the simple, universal automatic stacker.
The SATURN Bidi, our buffer free bidirectional machine for fast and safe mode inspection, is presented for the first time with the FastCut unit, the automatic knives positioning system.
The revolutionary linerless concept, powered by Ritrama, Prati and ILTI, is also one of the protagonist of our demos on the VEGAPlus CORE. Light weighting to reduce cost, footprint and minimized resources are the end-product main features of this sustainable process.
Guests will have the opportunity to see “en avant première” the SATURN OMNIA, the all-in-one solution for finishing SA labels, IML, unsupported films, tags, papers – from roll to roll – roll to sheet – roll to stack and much more.
All levels of inspection and of rewinding are displayed: from the digital strobe to the workflow solution as well as from the simple rewinding to the non-stop fully automatic one.
